Right to apply
Under Articles 11 and 13 of Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller, you may submit requests concerning your personal data to the data controller DRD Group Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi. Applications must be made in Turkish.
How to apply
- In writing: deliver or send your signed application to Aktarhüssam Mah. 1. Değirmen Sk. Değirmen İş Hanı No: 9 İç Kapı No: 404, Osmangazi / Bursa by hand, post, courier or notary.
- By e-mail: from the e-mail address you have previously given us and that is registered in our systems, to info@drdgroupsigorta.com.
- With a secure electronic signature or mobile signature: send the signed application to info@drdgroupsigorta.com.
- By registered e-mail (KEP): call 0543 789 66 55 to obtain our KEP address.
Required information
- Name, surname and, for written applications, signature
- Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens; nationality and passport or ID number for foreign nationals
- Residential or business address for notifications
- E-mail address, phone and fax number, if any
- Subject of the request, with supporting documents

- The right under Article 11 you wish to exercise and details of your request

Response, fees and complaints
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We accept or reject your request with reasons, in writing or electronically, as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Applications are free of charge; however, for written replies over ten pages a fee of 1 Turkish lira per additional page may be charged, and replies on a storage medium may cost no more than the medium itself. Fees are refunded if the application results from our error.
If your application is rejected, the reply is insufficient or no reply is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the reply and in any case within 60 days of the application date.
