Informational purpose

The class descriptions, cover lists and frequently asked questions on this site are for general information; they do not constitute an insurance policy, a quotation or an undertaking.

Whether a risk is covered, along with limits, deductibles, waiting periods and exclusions, is determined solely by the general and special conditions of the relevant insurer's policy. Where the policy wording differs from the information on this site, the policy prevails.

Intermediary activity

Our company is an insurance intermediary operating under Turkish Insurance Law no. 5684 and its regulations. Insurance cover is provided by the insurer issuing the policy, and the obligation to pay claims rests with that insurer.

Premiums, campaigns and discounts may change according to insurers' tariffs. No price undertaking is given on this site; only the written quotation sent to you is binding.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logo and design elements on this site belong to the Company. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without attribution and permission.

Limitation of liability

We take the utmost care to keep the information current and accurate; however the Company cannot be held liable for indirect losses arising from differences caused by legislative changes or insurers' tariff updates. We recommend contacting us before making a decision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and the courts of Bursa have jurisdiction. For disputes arising from insurance contracts, applications to the Insurance Arbitration Commission and consumer arbitration committees also remain available.
