International travel health insurance pays, within the policy limits, for the emergency treatment, medical transport and repatriation you may need if you fall suddenly ill or have an accident abroad. Schengen visa applications require a policy with at least EUR 30,000 of cover; we issue yours before your visa appointment, matched to your travel dates and destinations.
Packages usually come in two levels: a standard package with treatment, transport and advisory services, and an extended package that adds covers such as baggage, bag snatching, emergency dental care and personal accident. We help you decide which level fits your trip and compare the options for you. The special travel products of Sompo Sigorta, one of the insurers we represent, are listed separately below this page.

What you should know
For a Schengen visa the policy must cover every country you will visit and the whole length of your trip. We plan the policy period with you in case your dates change.
Travel health insurance is designed for emergencies; conditions that existed before the policy start and planned treatments are generally excluded. Age limits and exclusions vary by insurer and plan.
The limits in the table are based on package information published by Quick Sigorta, one of the insurers we represent, and may change; ask us for current amounts. Sompo Sigorta options are listed below as separate products.

Frequently asked questions
A Schengen visa requires a policy with at least EUR 30,000 of medical treatment and transport cover, valid in all Schengen countries for the whole trip. Other countries may have different rules, so we check the consulate's requirements with you.
If you only need to meet the visa requirement, the standard package is often enough. For a long holiday, a multi-stop trip or travelling with valuable luggage, we recommend the extended package with baggage, bag snatching, emergency dental and personal accident covers.
If travel has not started, cancellation and a premium refund are generally possible on presentation of the refusal letter; conditions depend on the insurer. Just send us the letter and we handle the cancellation.
Where possible, call the assistance line on your policy before treatment; referrals and approvals go through that line. Keep invoices and reports, and we will help you follow up your claim when you return.
