Group Personal Accident Insurance brings personal accident cover to workplace groups under a single policy. If an employee dies or is permanently disabled as a result of an accident, a payment is made to them or their family; treatment costs and a daily benefit can be added depending on the plan.
Cover can run 24 hours a day or, depending on the insurer, be limited to working hours, and group discounts may apply based on headcount. It is a practical way to manage accident risk, especially for teams working in the field, on construction sites or in production. We prepare the list and cover structure with you and keep the policy up to date throughout the year.

What you should know
Quick Hayat's group personal accident product is issued for groups of at least 10 people; entry age is 18–74 and cover cannot extend beyond age 75. Group conditions may differ at other insurers.
Group personal accident insurance does not replace employer's liability insurance. Personal accident pays the employee or their family the sum stated in the policy, while employer's liability responds to compensation claims against the employer and recovery claims by the Social Security Institution (SGK). We recommend planning both policies together.
Personal accident insurance is compulsory for workers at underground and surface mining operations under Council of Ministers Decision No. 2015/7249 and is issued as a separate product; if you operate in mining, please contact us separately.

Joiners and leavers are added to or removed from the policy by endorsement. We follow up these updates on your behalf.
For permanent disability, payment goes to the insured employee. On death, it is paid to the beneficiaries named in the policy or, if none are named, to the legal heirs.
