What you should know

The waiting period is 24 hours for the Emergency Support package. A 6-month waiting period applies to conditions such as hernia, gallbladder and kidney disorders, prostate, cardiovascular diseases, varicose veins, hypertension and diabetes.
Depending on the package, up to 2, 3 or 4 of the online doctor consultations can be with a specialist. Package contents and age limits are based on information published by Sompo Sigorta and may change; ask us for current details.
