Data processed
- Identity: name and surname; national ID number only where needed for a quotation
- Contact: phone number, e-mail address, city and district
- Request details: product of interest, your message, preferred contact time
- Insured asset details: vehicle plate and model, property address and features
- Transaction security: IP address, date and time of submission
Health data
Please do not enter health or other special category data in our forms. If such data is needed for a health or life quotation, we will ask for it separately with information and your explicit consent.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process your data to receive and answer your request, obtain quotations from insurers, contact you, keep a record, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. The legal grounds under Article 5/2 of the KVKK are necessity for concluding a contract (c), legal obligation (ç) and our legitimate interest (f). Marketing messages are sent only with your separate consent.
Transfers and collection
Data may be transferred, only as necessary and under Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to insurers providing quotations, hosting and e-mail providers, and authorised public bodies and courts. It is collected electronically, by automated means, through the forms on our website.
Retention and rights
Requests that do not become policies are deleted or anonymised within 2 years at the latest. You have the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK and may exercise them as described on our Data Subject Application page.
