Our intermediary activity
DRD Group Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi is an insurance agency operating under Insurance Law no. 5684 and the Regulation on Insurance Agencies. Agencies arrange insurance contracts on behalf of insurers, within the authority granted by their agency agreements.
We help you choose suitable cover, obtain quotations, issue and renew policies, and follow up your claim.
Registration
Under Law no. 5684, insurance agencies must be entered in the Register of Insurance Agencies kept by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB). We are registered, and our registration number is shown below. You can check any agency's registration through TOBB's online register search.
Cover and claims
Cover is provided by the insurer that issues the policy. Decisions on whether a loss is covered, and payment of claims, rest with that insurer. We keep you informed and help you submit documents and follow your file.
Your policy document names the issuing insurer. The general and special policy conditions govern cover, limits, deductibles and exclusions.
