- Insurance Law no. 5684: insurers, agencies and brokers, compulsory insurance, the Guarantee Account and the Insurance Arbitration Commission.

Authorities and bodies
- SEDDK: the public authority that regulates and supervises insurance and private pensions.
- SBM (Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre): holds policy and claim data and offers queries via e-Devlet.
- TSB: the professional body of insurance, reinsurance and pension companies.
- Insurance Arbitration Commission: resolves disputes arising from insurance contracts.
