Third Party Liability Insurance

If a customer slips and is injured on your premises, or your work damages a neighbouring business's property, your business can be held legally liable and face unexpected compensation claims. Third Party Liability insurance covers claims for bodily injury and property damage caused to third parties during business activities, within the policy limits.

We review your activities, premises and visitor volume with you and clarify whether extensions such as signs and billboards, incidental construction work or food poisoning suit your business. We obtain your quote from Corpus Sigorta and handle the process on your behalf if a claim arises.

What is covered?

  • Claims arising from injury or death of third parties during your activities
  • Damage to third-party property

  • Incidental construction work
  • Food poisoning

What you should know

This is a Corpus Sigorta product; you can get a quote through our agency.

Losses suffered by your own employees in workplace accidents fall under Employers' Liability insurance, not this policy. Damage caused later by products you make or sell requires Product Liability insurance.

Limits may be set separately per person, per accident and for property damage; scope, deductibles and exclusions are set out in the policy's special conditions.
