Lift liability insurance is compulsory for apartment blocks, residential complexes, office buildings and business premises with a lift. It covers, within the policy terms, compensation claims made against the building owners or operator for harm caused to passengers or third parties in a lift accident.
For building managements, uninterrupted renewal matters: an accident during an uninsured period may fall directly on the unit owners. We take your lift count and building details, prepare the policy and track the renewal date for you.
What is covered?

- Injury and permanent disability compensation
- Medical costs related to the accident (subject to policy terms)
